LIBRARIES 2030
Libraries 2030 explores how public libraries and community spaces can evolve as technology changes the way people learn, create and connect.
The initiative examines new approaches to lifelong learning, AI literacy, cultural preservation, interactive media and community participation.
Public benefit: Accessible education, cultural participation and stronger community learning environments
LIVING LAB
Some ideas cannot be meaningfully evaluated only on paper.
Our Living Lab approach creates opportunities for emerging technologies and new ideas to be experienced and evaluated with real people before larger-scale implementation.
These projects connect researchers, technology developers, institutions and communities and help translate innovation into practical experience.
Public benefit: Community participation, applied learning and responsible real-world experimentation.
SMART TECH & LONGEVITY
We explore how emerging technologies, wearables, biometrics and longevity research can contribute to healthier and more active lives.
Projects may include educational programs, technology demonstrations and community-based Living Labs where participants can experience and evaluate new approaches in real-world settings.
Public benefit: Education, healthy aging, technology literacy and responsible evaluation of emerging technologies.
LEGAL & CIVIC INNOVATION
ARSR Foundation explores legal and organizational frameworks for experimental communities, international collaboration and emerging forms of human–technology interaction.
The objective is to develop open and adaptable frameworks that can support responsible experimentation while maintaining transparency, accountability and public benefit.
Public benefit: Research, education and development of openly shareable institutional models
AI & HUMAN DEVELOPMENT
We explore practical and responsible ways artificial intelligence can support human learning, creativity, communication and participation.
Our work includes AI literacy, human–AI collaboration and accessible approaches that help people understand and use emerging technologies rather than be excluded by them.
Public benefit: Digital literacy, education and broader access to emerging technology.
ONE FOUNDATION. MANY EXPERIMENTS
ARSR Foundation provides the nonprofit institutional and governance framework.
Our broader project ecosystem operates through the Nexus Umbrella, connecting:
PEOPLE • IDEAS • TECHNOLOGY • PLACES
Nexus provides a home for forward-looking initiatives and collaborations while ARSR Foundation maintains nonprofit governance, institutional continuity and public-benefit purpose.
